These terms outline your rights and obligations as a customer and our responsibilities as a custom pin manufacturer and service provider in the United States.

FanTradingPins.com is a U.S.-based company specializing in the creation, customization, and distribution of high-quality pins, including custom soccer pins, baseball pins, football pins, cheerleading pins, Disney-themed pins, and more. We serve individuals, teams, clubs, and businesses across the United States with fast delivery and exceptional customer service.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use of the website by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the website.

All content on FanTradingPins.com, text, images, product descriptions, graphics, branding, and site design, is the property of FanTradingPins.com and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of this website without our written consent.

All designs submitted by customers remain the intellectual property of the customer. However, we reserve the right to showcase finished pin designs in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

All our products are custom-made to your specifications. After receiving your order and artwork (or instructions for us to design your pins), we will provide a digital proof for your approval. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the design proof before production. Once you approve the proof, production begins, and changes cannot be made.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided we have not yet started proof creation or production. If digital proofs have been created, a small design fee may apply.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours or after proof approval will not be accepted, as custom orders enter production almost immediately.

Because each pin is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Acceptable reasons for a return include:

• Incorrect quantity
• Major misprint or production defect
• Wrong product delivered

To request a return for a valid reason, contact us within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

• A production error was clearly made on our end (wrong design, color, or size).
• Your order was cancelled before production began and you were eligible for cancellation.
• The product arrived damaged or defective (with photographic proof submitted).

In most cases, if a problem occurs, we'll work with you to either:

• Reproduce the pins at no additional cost, or
• Issue a partial or full refund based on the extent of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors can occasionally occur. In such cases, we will notify you before processing your order.

We accept payments via secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. Your card information is never stored on our servers.

Full payment is required before we begin production on your custom pins.

Estimated production time begins after final proof approval and typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of your order.

We offer nationwide shipping across the United States. Once your order ships, we'll provide tracking details via email. While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers or factors outside our control (weather, natural disasters, etc.).

Expedited production and shipping options may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

Due to the nature of handcrafted and enamel-based products, minor variations in color, texture, or alignment may occur. These are considered standard within the industry and not manufacturing defects.

Please review your proof carefully before approval to avoid issues. We match Pantone colors as closely as possible, but exact matching may not always be 100% accurate due to different materials and finishes.

Our website may contain links to third-party services or resources. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any external websites. Accessing them is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanTradingPins.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, products, or services, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you, for any reason, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FanTradingPins.com and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the site or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action relating to our services must be filed in a court located in that jurisdiction.
